Employees Resent Health Premiums

The Chicago Board of Education wants employees to contribute anaverage of 2 percent for medical premiums - more for employees withfamilies, less for those with no dependents.

For Kilmer School Principal Johnetta James, being asked tocontribute to medical premiums with no pay raise is just one moremorale-buster.
