Qld: Year 12 graduates' wait for results almost over
The anxious wait for final school results is almost over for Queensland's Year 12 graduates.
Certificates will start arriving this week in the letterboxes of the 40 thousand 317
students .. who completed Year 12 this year.
More than 26-thousand-800 students will also receive a Tertiary Entrance Statement
.. containing their Overall Position.
An OP is a statewide rank score that determines selection for university courses ..
with an OP1 being the highest.
Education Minister ROD WELFORD says about 646 students will receive an OP1.
